The new Human Services Coalition 2009 Salary and Benefits Survey is available at HSC for $30.00. Agencies who participated in the survey have received their copies. The survey is conducted to assist local organizations in determining compensation levels for their employees and serves as a barometer of how the not-for-profit community is faring in its ability to recruit and retain qualified staff. The talents and abilities of the dedicated not-for-profit workers deserve to recognized. If they are not, we run the risk of losing workers who strive to build a better community for us all.
