Salary & Benefits Survey
It is our pleasure to present the 2009 edition of the Human Services Coalition's Salary and Benefits Survey, the most comprehensive data on compensation policies of not-for-profits in Tompkins County. The survey is conducted to assist local organizations in determining compensation levels for their employees and serves as a barometer of how the non-profit community is faring in its ability to recruit and retain qualified staff. HSC thanks the 43 agencies who took their time to participate in this year's survey.
