Shelter Usage in Tompkins Co
The Human Services Coalition has been tracking emergency shelter statistics since 1989. We are able to provide a changing glimpse of homelessness over the years in Tompkins County through a comparative analysis of bednights, submitted each month to the Homeless and Housing Task Force by shelter providers: the American Red Cross, Tompkins County; Department of Social Services,Tompkins County; and the Advocacy Center.
