FOR LEADERS, EMPLOYEES, BOARD CHAIRS, AND ANYONE INTERESTED IN LEARNING HOW TO RUN AN EFFECTIVE
Meetings take up a huge portion of our time. Sometimes they seem to drag on with little to show for at their conclusion. But, what
about that one meeting – the one that was well-run and engaging? Were you pleasantly surprised? Did you feel a sense of
accomplishment? Were you energized at its conclusion?
Efficient and effective meetings don’t have to be an accident. A deft, well-prepared facilitator will reap the rewards of meetings that
are productive, constructive, and energizing
In this intensive 3-hour training, participants will:
-Learn the key components of to a well facilitated meeting
-Understand how to manage different personalities in work groups and keep the meeting – and it’s participants — on track
-Leave with new insights and skills to improve your effectiveness as a meeting facilitator
