This workshop is for anyone who wants to develop skills to help facilitate successful change management.
There is well known saying, “the only thing constant is change.” Although we expect change and know it will be part of our
daily work lives, it can still feel disruptive and challenging.
Successful change management requires knowledge and courage. This experiential-based learning session focuses on the
key elements of change, how it impacts people in an organization, and strategies to ensure positive outcomes related to
managing organizational change.
Participants will leave this session with:
- An understanding of change and how it impacts people and organizations
- Knowledge, ideas and strategies that can be implemented to increase the likelihood of successful change, and
- Strategies to manage your personal response to change in your organization
