This workshop is for anyone who wants to develop skills to lead or contribute to successful change management efforts in their organizations.

There is well known saying, “the only thing constant is change.” Although we expect change and know it will be part of our daily work lives, it can still feel disruptive and challenging.

Successful change management requires knowledge and courage. This experiential-based learning session focuses on the key elements of change, how it impacts people in an organization, and strategies to ensure positive outcomes related to managing organizational change.

You will leave this session with:

  • An understanding of change and how it impacts people and organizations
  • Knowledge, ideas and strategies around communication, conflict resolution, and coaching to help team members
    through the change process
  • Best practices in dealing with conflict and difficult people
  • Strategies to manage your personal response to change in your organization
