This program will provide a high-level overview of the impacts these laws can have not only on your organization, but supervisors and managers in your day to day job duties. You will gain a better understanding of the laws through the use of detailed examples, discussion, and real-world scenarios.

Attendees will:

  • Learn about important federal and state workplace laws and regulations related to labor standards, safety, antdiscrimination, and harassment
  • Use discussion questions and “what if” scenarios to reinforce learning
