Originally convened in 2014 by the Human Services Coalition, the Executive Exchange affinity group provides opportunities for area not-for-profit executive directors to share, learn, and discuss topics relevant to their sector.
Mission
Executive Exchange (ExEx) supports and inspires not-for profit executive directors in Tompkins County through personal and professional growth, and networking opportunities that embody diversity, equity, and inclusion in all we do.
Vision
EXEX will be an inclusive, inspiring community for current and emerging not-for-profit leaders in Tompkins County.

Meetings
- Monthly meet-ups on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 9-10:30am in Room #611 (TC3 classrooms, 118 N Tioga St, 6th Floor)
- Opportunities to share resources, expertise, encouragement and support
- Occasional impromptu gatherings for socializing, support, and fun!
- A late Fall retreat on a topic that group members indicate resonates with their needs

Dues
Suggested membership donation for one year (January 1, 2024 – Dec 31, 2024) is $100.
